Staying up with printer ship dates on imminent releases sometimes feels like herding cats ... moving at their own pace in their own direction, so very independent. But our many resell accounts want the latest information so that they can plan their orders.
To corral these catty dates to send to accounts, about once a month I draft the Imminent Releases sheet. Each edition announces the expected printer shipping schedule for the next 4-6 books. This emailed attachment provides a book's cover picture, ISBN, price, URL link to its page on our website, and the shortest content description possible.

Getting 6 books to fit on one page is the goal.
A couple of our accounts print and post the page to show customers, while others use it to bolster their online catalogs.
The 8-10 edition is in the works today (between phone calls, of course!).
