Well, I guess my little cul-de-sac did not purchase the winning Mega Millions ticket. Darn it! Who needs that amount of cash lying around anyway? Hah!
In my job, whether it is over email or phone, you just never know who you may encounter. Last week, I had the pleasure of working with Constance Burns, founder and president of the National Association of American Veterans. Her organization's mission is to "assist service members and disabled veterans and their dependents, particularly severely wounded warriors and single-parent service members and veterans, by helping access their benefits, improving communication and coordination with VA, and collaborating with the VA and other veterans groups, health agencies, medical professional organizations, educational organizations, and the public in support of veterans, their families, and military caregivers".
