And, what the heck is an Author Bookplate?
Savas Beatie (exclusively) offers original signed author bookplates for nearly every book we publish. But what are they? We were surprised recently that some people were not sure and now feel silly we haven't explained it for newer customers.
The bookplates (4" x 3") have a light preprinted historical image and are signed by the author/authors of the book.
These are not facsimile signatures. They are the real deal. You can tuck them into your book, OR you can peal the bookplate and stick it into the book itself wherever you wish. Makes it a great collector's item.
